Installation
System installation may be performed after hours, or at any time that least interrupts the flow of the customer's business. With the customer's permission, some prep work may be done during normal business hours such as testing existing wiring infrastructure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The system installation will be documented with a customer provided installment plan recognizing each feature with associated extensions and dialing plans. A complete customer database will be left on site including an extension list with all extension numbers, system port numbers, usernames, and associated cable numbers when available.

Any installation that includes facility changes or new facility installation by either Bell South or any CLEC could possibly be delayed by or postponed by these network providers without prior notice. Clear Voice Networks will work to try every means possible to correct any issues that arise due to facility problems, but cannot be held responsible for the actions of any LEC or CLEC that leads to down time during the customer's normal business hours.

All new systems are given a "burn in" period and are tested in house before being brought to the customer site. All information collected in database programming meetings with the customer is compiled and programmed into the new system prior to installation when necessary. This allows for minimal down time and confusion during the system installation.

Training
Complete training of all end users is included as part of the installation of any new system. This includes instruction on the proper operation of server and client workstations. Each class can include up to ten users and will normally take about thirty minutes. Clear Voice Networks is very flexible with training on any new system, and will tailor our style to suit each customers needs.

Warranty
All new systems installed by Clear Voice Networks are backed by a one- year warranty covering all parts and labor including on-site and remote service. Clear Voice Networks' guaranteed response times are:

  • 4 hours on any major system failure
  • 24 hours on any minor system failure

A down client is not considered a major system failure. Excluded from the warranty are Acts of God, Acts of War, and misuse or abuse of equipment.

Clear Voice Networks has technicians on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All warranty customers with major system failures that are serviced after hours will not be billed extra for the after hours time worked. Minor system failures that must be responded to after hours will be billed at Clear Voice Networks after hours rate.

Any moves, adds, or changes are not covered under the warranty, and are billed at Clear Voice Networks standard rates. Response times vary for these requests depending on whether parts are necessary and their availability. Typical response times can be as little as two to three days.
